  • ¿WHY CHOOSE ORGANIC?

    Our product must be fresh, and full of flavour, packed with the many vitamins and minerals that come from natural fresh food.

    As part of a mission to reverse the industrialised production of our food and the pollution of the land that nurtures it, we believe in organic, sustainable farming with far fewer pesticides and herbicides.

    We aim to support farmers who don’t give artificial growth promoters and hormones to their animals and maintain high animal welfare standards. This extra care is reflected in the flavour of the food that we serve our guests.

    We only use the freshest, most flavourful produce, sourced locally on the island wherever possible.

  • SUPPORT LOCAL FARMERS AND MARKETS

    We go to the local markets ourselves and pick out the best ingredients for each meal that we serve. Supporting small, local businesses increases sustainability as they don’t use the same chemical processes required for large-scale production. Buying from farmers markets reduces waste through reduced plastic packaging, supports the local community and reduces the carbon footprint of the food we serve.

  • We aim for low environmental impact catering

    We try to be environmentally friendly and not waste food.If everyone does their bit by making a few small changes in their lives, it can have a big impact on the amount of waste produced.We do our bit by composting our green waste, reusing and recycling at every opportunity and we value the true cost of the things.We have achieved great changes, so you can too!
